Independent groups share surcharge-free ATM service
The ATM networks owned by the independent banker groups in Minnesota and Wisconsin are partnering to give their users more options for conducting transactions without a fee.
ATM Access, owned by the Community Bankers of Wisconsin, consists of about 650 machines throughout Wisconsin. In Balance Alliance is the network sponsored by the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota. The alliance includes about 200 machines throughout Minnesota.
