Notes (and votes) from the ABA convention
It was the first convention for the American Bankers Association since it completed its merger with America’s Community Bankers late last year. “The timing of this merger could not have been better,” commented ABA President Ed Yingling. “It has given us the resources and the staff and the unified voice we need. In these difficult weeks, the depth of our combined staff made the difference.”
