One Community Bank promotes Schalow to VP, director of client experience

Wisconsin-based One Community Bank promoted Jonathan Schalow to vice president and director of client experience.


The $1.7 billion bank hired Schalow in April 2021. He has a dozen years of experience in banking. “I am excited for this opportunity and look forward to continuously optimizing our clients’ digital banking experience,” Schalow said.

One Community Bank Chief Experience Officer Liz Deihs said Schalow “has a wealth of client experience knowledge and is a huge asset to our clients here at One Community Bank. In his new role, [Schalow] will be responsible for executing OCB’s digital banking strategy while continuing to oversee the leadership of the Client Contact Center.”
