Madison, Wis.-based Park Bank promoted Ken Lammersfeld to executive vice president, chief operations officer; and Josh Marron to executive VP, chief banking officer.
Lammersfeld joined Park Bank in 2016 as senior VP of retail banking “and has consistently taken on additional responsibilities throughout the organization,” according to the bank. Since 2018, Lammersfeld has facilitated strategic planning work and helped to develop and implement Park Bank’s management succession plan.
Marron, who also joined the bank in 2016, has led Park Bank’s business development initiatives. He has managed business and private banking teams since 2018 when he joined the senior management and strategic planning teams.
