First Commercial Bank, Bloomington, Minn., has hired Anthony Page as vice president/director of finance. Page has more than 20 years of banking industry experience, most recently working at Associated Bank.
First Commercial Bank also promoted two employees.
Jeremy Hoese was promoted to senior commercial loan associate. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in finance.
