Brad E. Anderson, accepted the recently created position of executive vice president and chief operating officer at Alpine Bank, Rockford, Ill. Anderson will oversee the operations, information technology and application support divisions of the bank. Anderson was serving as president of Belvidere National Bank and Trust Company, a sister organization that officially combined with Alpine Bank in July. He joined the Alpine organization in 1993 as a senior vice president in the business banking department. Anderson has a bachelor’s degree from Carthage College of Kenosha, Wis.
