Zack Boyers has been named chairman and chief executive officer for U.S Bancorp Community Development Corporation, St. Louis. Boyers had been in a senior management role since 2003, leading the development corporation’s Historic and New Market Tax Credit Investments product division. He joined U.S. Bank in 1994.
