Jeff Thomas has been named executive vice president of Starion Financial, Bismarck, N.D. He is responsible for supervising overall business banking operations. Thomas will transfer his duties as market president to oversee business banking in all nine of Starion’s markets.
Thomas was the first Fargo market president for Starion Financial in 2008. He is a member of the company’s management and executive committees and was promoted to executive vice president in 2010.
He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and an honors graduate . . .
