Howard Clancy has joined Community National Bank, Waterloo, Iowa, as mortgage loan officer. Clancy has more than 27 years of experience beginning his banking career in 1985 at MidAmerica Savings Bank, Waterloo. Most recently, he was branch sales manager of Regions Bank in the Cedar Valley market.
Clancy is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, and has a bachelor’s of arts degree in political science/public administration. In addition Clancy attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
