Donovan Bertsch of Bottineau, N.D., has been elected to the board of directors of Starion Financial, Bismarck, N.D. Bertsch is president of Theel Inc., a General Motors dealer in Bottineau. He is also a partner in B&B Properties and Holdings and Stone Creek Operating. He was formerly assistant manager at North Central Electric Cooperative.
