James Tubbs has been named president of State Bank of Cross Plains, Wis., replacing Jan Patrick Hogan, who retired after 32 years with the bank. Tubbs, 43, joined the State Bank of Cross Plains in 1995, most recently serving as executive vice president and head of the business banking division. He previously worked at M&I Bank in Milwaukee, and at First Wisconsin Bank, Madison.
