Jim Conard has joined Freedom Security Bank, Coralville, Iowa, as executive vice president and senior loan officer.
A native of Spencer, Iowa, and a graduate of the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, Conard brings 14 years of banking experience to the job. He began his career with Norwest/Wells Fargo, and more recently was associated with Spencer-based Northwest Financial Corporation, where he served as market president in Algona and vice president of business and consumer banking in Creston.
