      The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis has named Kei-Mu Yi its director of research to replace Arthur J. Rolnick, who will retire July 31. Yi, currently vice president and head of monetary and macroeconomic research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, will become senior vice president and director of research for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis on August 16.
