Douglas M. Mills has been promoted to vice president at The Farmers Bank of Liberty, Ill. Mills joined the bank in 2005, and most recently served as assistant vice president. Mills is responsible for lending and business development at the Barry Community Banking Center. Mills is a graduate of the Midwest School for Community Banking, and previously was administrator at the Barry Community Care Center.
