Michael B. Carroll has been appointed chief financial officer of Integra Bank Corporation, Evansville, Ind.
Carroll joined Integra in 2002 and served as risk manager until his 2005 appointment to controller and principal accounting officer. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana, Evansville, and has been a certified public accountant since 1990.
