Philip B. Flynn has been named president and CEO of Associated Banc-Corp, Green Bay, Wis., effective Dec. 1. Flynn will also serve as president and CEO and as a director of Associated Bank, N.A. Flynn replaces Paul S. Beideman who announced his plans to retire from the company earlier this year.
