Gary J. Ortale has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer of MidWestOne Financial Group, Inc., Iowa City, Iowa, and its subsidiary MidWestOne Bank. He was serving as interim CFO at the time of his promotion, after the retirement of David Meinert.
