Peoples Bank names slate of business, real estate lenders

Bellingham, Wash.-based Peoples Bank announced the appointment of new commercial banking and real estate loan officers in King, Snohomish and Whatcom counties in Washington.

Ryan LeCocq joined Peoples as an assistant vice president and commercial banking officer. Previously, he was an analyst in the asset management division of J.P. Morgan in Seattle, where he worked with regional foundations and family offices. He is the fourth generation of the LeCocq family to join Peoples Bank. He has a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University, Bellingham.

Robert Salvador was appointed senior vice president, commercial banking officer. Previously he was commercial banking team leader at Skagit Bank, which announced an acquisition with Banner Bank, Walla Walla, Wash., earlier this year. He brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial lending. Born in the Philippines, Salvador has an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Jake Dixon was hired as vice president and commercial banking officer. He brings over ten years of experience in the financial services industry as an investment banker and investment analyst. Prior to joining Peoples Bank, he was a vice president in the financial institutions investment banking group at J.P. Morgan in New York City and as an investment analyst at Russell Investments in Tacoma, Wash. He has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a bachelor’s degrees in business administration and economics from Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma.

Sergio Colón was appointed vice president and real estate loan manager for King and Snohomish Counties. Based at the Everett Financial Center, he brings over ten years of experience in the mortgage industry.
