Moline, Ill.-based bank holding company QCR Holdings, Inc., promoted Reba Winter to chief operating officer.
Winter, previously the company’s chief information officer, joined QCR in 2019. She previously served as vice president of enterprise applications and user experience at San Diego-based global semiconductor company Qualcomm.
Winter has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and an MBA from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
“Reba has led our company through several very successful projects, including the integration and conversion of our recent acquisition of Guaranty Bank,” said Larry Helling, CEO of the $8 billion QCR Holdings. “Reba has also demonstrated a deep understanding of the intersection of technology and operations and their impact on how we serve our clients.”
