Jay Schroeder joined Frankfort, Ind.-based Farmers Bank as senior vice president of people and culture.
Schroeder has nearly three decades of experience in human resources. Prior to joining the $800 million Farmers Bank, Schroeder was most recently the director of HR at Carmel, Ind.-based Byrider Systems LLC.
Schroeder received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in human resources and organization development from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti.
