Bob Southworth had balanced his teller drawer perfectly for more than a year. He humbly attributed that 18-month streak to luck, but at some point it had become a point of pride. So when his drawer was $20 short on his last day at HomeTown Bank, he did his best to keep his cool while searching everywhere.
