Sturgis Bank promotes five employees

Michigan-based Sturgis Bank promoted five employees during a board meeting last month, including:

  • Brian Hoggatt to CFO. An executive vice president, Hoggatt was hired by the bank in 1988 in the accounting department and has been promoted several times since. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Freed-Hardeman University, Henderson, Tenn., and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame-Mendoza College of Business.  
  • Tracey Parker to EVP, Chief Risk Officer. Parker joined the bank in 1989 where she served as the director of retail lending and chief credit officer. She was promoted to senior vice president and CRO six years ago. Parker has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College, and an MBA from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo.  
  • Rob Beachy to chief information officer. Beachy, who joined the organization in 2001 as information technology coordinator, has a master’s degree from Davenport University, Grand Rapids, Mich., along with several industry licenses. 
  • Megan Yore to chief marketing officer. Yore joined the bank in April 2022 as vice president of marketing. Yore previously held marketing and communications leadership positions in health care, banking and higher education in southwest Michigan. She has a Doctorate of Education from Olivet Nazarene University, Bourbonnais, Ill; a Master of Arts from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo; and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. 
  • Jeshua Campos to assistant vice president of IT. Campos, who joined Sturgis Bank in 2016, was promoted to network administrator three years later. He graduated from Glen Oaks Community College, Centreville, Mich., with an Associate of Applied Science degree.
