La Junta-based Colorado Bank & Trust Co. is acquiring a branch of Denver-based InBank in Buena Vista, Colo.
The sale is expected to close early in the third quarter of this year.
Buena Vista is approximately 135 miles southwest of Denver in central Colorado.
InBank is a subsidiary of Denver-based InBankshares Corp.
Colorado Bank & Trust has branches in La Junta and Pueblo, Colo.

InBank President and CEO Ed Francis said his bank will continue to grow along the Colorado Front Range, the southern part of the state and northern New Mexico.
