Frankfort, Ind.-based The Farmers Bank has hired Jeff Curts as vice president, engagement and development officer. He has served as marketing manager, sales development specialist and talent development manager with First Merchants Bank, Muncie, Ind. Most recently, he was a project manager at First Internet Bank, Fishers, Ind.
“Jeff is a creative and innovative team-builder with a focus on talent development and delivering results,” the bank stated. “His background includes extensive experience in leadership training, sales development, event planning and corporate communications, while enhancing a company’s client relationships and bottom line.”
Curts received his Bachelor of Arts degree in telecommunications from Indiana University, Bloomington.
The $766 million Farmers Bank has 10 offices in Indiana.
