U.S. Bancorp names president

Minneapolis-based U.S. Bancorp promoted Gunjan Kedia as president. 

Kedia, 53, will oversee the company’s three business lines. Kedia has nearly three decades of experience in financial services, having served in leadership positions at PwC and McKinsey & Co. She’s also held global executive positions at BNY Mellon and State Street Financial. Kedia joined U.S. Bank in 2016.

Kedia has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. She has a bachelor’s degree from the Delhi School of Engineering in India.
