Bloomington, Minn.-based United Bankers’ Bank promoted Karen Von Guten to vice president, USource manager.
Von Guten has served UBB’s human resources consulting service since 2012. A certified Society of Human Resources Management-Senior Certified Professional, Von Guten has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
“Karen has cultivated lasting relationships with our USource customers by providing the best service possible,” said Chief Marketing Officer John Peterson. “We know she will continue to be an asset to UBB in her new role.”
