Waukesha State Bank in Wisconsin promoted Heather Pfalz to senior vice president-retail banking manager.
Pfalz, who started her career with the bank as a teller in 1997, has been promoted multiple times, most recently to retail banking manager in 2023.
“Heather has been an integral member of our retail banking team for nearly 30 years,” said Waukesha State Bank President and CEO Ty Taylor. “We are proud to celebrate her contributions and look forward to the continued impact she will have on our bank’s growth.”
