Waukesha State Bank promotes 2 executives

Waukesha, Wis.-based Waukesha State Bank promoted Tom Armstrong to senior vice president-manager of loan review and Darci Miller to vice president-commercial banking team lead. 

Armstrong has worked at Waukesha State Bank since 1983. He became a full-time employee the following year, and has held numerous positions since. Armstrong has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. 

Miller, who joined Waukesha State Bank last year, has nearly 30 years of business banking experience. She has a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Marquette University, Milwaukee.
