Mike Haedrich is a Senior Product Manager at Finastra. Mike has been in the technology field for over 30 years supporting some of the world’s largest technology companies. Mike has a degree in Finance from the University of the Pacific and enjoys spending time with family, hiking, running and playing with his Golden Retriever.
Spencer Hines is Senior Implementation Consultant at Abrigo, where he focuses on implementing “full suite” loan origination systems across the country. Spencer was the primary founder of Abrigo’s best practice configurations for the Sageworks product line and he continues to push the efficiency envelope to better his client’s ROI with Abrigo. Prior to Abrigo, Spencer focused on managing growth for startups through finance and strategy with his biggest business success coming from being a key member of the management team that took a $3MM startup to $10MM within three and half years and then led the sell-side due diligence during the company’s acquisition by a competitor. Spencer earned his bachelor’s degree (strategy and entrepreneurship) and MBA (finance) from Babson College.
Mariela Perez is a VP/Loan Administration Officer at First Liberty Bank where her primary responsibility is managing the loan documentation process from preparing to booking. She also manages the servicing function. With twenty-two years of experience in banking and financial services, Mariela has spent her career in the lending department helping her bank meet and successfully execute new loan growth goals. She is passionate about serving and going the extra mile for both her clients as well as her colleagues.
