She started Mills Marketing in 1975, and the company now serves financial institutions nationwide from offices in Storm Lake and Des Moines, Iowa. When not transforming data points into solutions for Mills’ clients, Becki is speaking to bankers and directors nationwide, teaching leadership skills, and facilitating strategic plans. An honors graduate of Drake University, she also has an EMBA from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. She is vice chair of the Buena Vista University Board of Trustees and of the Bank Midwest Board of Directors.
