Marinette, Wis.-based The Stephenson National Bank & Trust donated $7,820 to local organizations last year as part of its “Hometown Giving Back initiative.”

The initiative, which links donations to the total deposits in Hometown Checking accounts, has enabled the bank to give nearly $43,400 to area youth programs since it started in 2020. SNBT donated 0.25 percent of its own funds for every dollar in a Hometown Checking Account as of Nov. 30.

“The Hometown Giving Back program truly embodies our commitment to the community,” said SNBT President and CEO Greg Salmen. “These donations are crucial in supporting local youth, offering them the essential resources and opportunities they need.”
