Kristie Pulvermacher was appointed administrator of the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions Division of Corporate and Consumer Services.
Pulvermacher filled the vacancy left by DFI Deputy Secretary Craig Heilman, who held the role until he was appointed deputy secretary in August. She leads a staff of 19 employees and oversees Wisconsin’s central business registration filing system. Before she was appointed to the DFI, Pulvermacher had several leadership positions in business development, marketing and sales for businesses, nonprofits and state and local governments.
Pulvermacher has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
DFI Secretary Cheryll Olson-Collins called Pulvermacher “a great addition to our DFI leadership team with her extensive leadership experience serving a variety of businesses, nonprofits and state and local governments. Kristie is committed to serving the people of Wisconsin.”
