Wisconsin’s Forte Bank announces president, CEO succession plan

Hartford, Wis.-based Forte Bank named Aaron Lensink president and CEO. Lensink replaces Tim Purman, who is retiring June 30 following a 40-year career at the southeast Wisconsin-based bank.

Lensink, who joined Forte Bank in 2017 as vice president of business banking, has more than 20 years of banking experience. He is credited with leading the bank’s commercial lending division. He is currently executive vice president of commercial banking.

“The strength of this organization lies in its people, who are dedicated employees, loyal customers, and committed stakeholders,” Purman said. “I am immensely proud of what we have built together, and I know the bank’s future is bright.”

Purman described Lensink as “a dynamic leader with a strong vision for the future. His expertise, dedication and passion for community banking make him the perfect choice to lead Forte Bank into its next phase of success.”
