Wausau, Wis.-based IncredibleBank will soon break ground on a new branch in Cape Coral, Fla.
The office, the $1.8 billion bank’s first outside of its 15-branch footprint in Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, is slated to open in early 2024. The branch will be designed with covered parking spots to shield customers from the sun, seating areas where customers can meet with bankers and drive-thru options.
According to the bank, Cape Coral, in southwest Florida, “was a perfect fit” as it sought to expand to a growing community. “We’ve been planning on this move to Cape Coral for several years now, and this groundbreaking offers the first tangible step toward making our new branch a reality,” said IncredibleBank President and CEO Todd Nagel. “It’s our first step toward not just entry, but also growth in this great community.”
