Fond du Lac, Wis.-based National Exchange Bank & Trust hired Matt Doane as vice president of commercial lending and Dan Shilts as a commercial lending officer.
Doane has a decade of lending experience. Doane, who has been a commercial lender and VP commercial relationship manager at other financial institutions, has a bachelor’s degree in management from Emory & Henry College in Virginia. He also has a graduate degree from Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management.
Shilts, who has nine years of lending experience, has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Concordia University of Wisconsin.
