Oregon, Wis.-based One Community Bank promoted Caleb Martin to vice president of loan review and hired Lukas Trow as senior vice president-commercial banking manager.
Martin’s career in banking started as a loan officer at a small community bank. Martin “has consistently demonstrated his expertise and leadership, and we are thrilled to see him step into this new role,” said Rick Lewis, chief risk officer at One Community Bank. “His understanding of credit risk, combined with his dedication to ensuring the performance of our loan portfolio, make him the ideal person to guide our loan review efforts.”
Trow’s banking career started as a teller while he was in high school. He has since been promoted into personal banking and then mortgage processing.
Wes Reynolds joined the Advisory Board of One Community Bank. Reynolds is principal and owner of OPN Architects. Reynolds’ “business background and leadership skills will help shape One Community Bank’s growth and achieve our strategic goals,” said Advisory Board Independent Chair Jim Walker.
