Waukesha State Bank in Wisconsin named Kristine Baxter senior vice president-operations manager as Patricia Witkowiak prepares to retire from the position in January.
Baxter has nearly 30 years of financial experience with a background in operations, retail banking and treasury management, most recently as manager of commercial treasury management for Advia Credit Union. She has an associate degree from Gateway Technical College.
Waukesha State Bank also promoted Jacob Pyle to vice president-risk officer. Pyle, who joined the bank in March, has six years of experience in finance and risk management. A CPA, Pyle has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a law degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minn.
Witkowiak joined Waukesha State Bank in 2013 as assistant manager of operations. She was promoted several times over the next several years, including to her current position in 2021. She is credited with helping the bank open four new branches and launch mobile banking, online bill pay and other services.
