ChoiceOne Bank hires three employees

Sparta, Mich.-based ChoiceOne Bank hired Christine Zahm as vice president and private banker to its Wealth Management Group.

The bank named Amanda Brooks as Coopersville, Mich., branch manager and Tim Shaw as mortgage loan officer.

A seasoned private banker with more than 15 years of work at a regional bank, Zahm has a degree in business administration and management from Davenport University, Grand Rapids, Mich. Brooks has 16 years of branch banking experience, with the last nine in branch management. Shaw, a former elementary school principal and high school teacher, has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Master in the Art of Teaching from Aquinas College, Grand Rapids.
