Paul Moen has been named chief financial officer for the Frandsen Financial Corporation, Arden Hills, Minn. He is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Luther College of Decorah, Iowa, where he obtained a bachelor of arts degree in accounting and economics. He is also a graduate of the University Of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking.
Previously Moen was executive vice president and chief financial officer for the First National Bank of Hudson, Wis., for 10 years.
