The Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions filled the top two positions within its Division of Corporate and Consumer Services effective Oct. 10.
Paul Holzem, who has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, has been named administrator – the top position in the Division.
Steven Caya, the president of a Madison technology company and a former U.S. Air Force officer, has assumed the position of deputy administrator.
