Jones, former IBB pres., joins Midwest Independent Bank
John Jones, the former president of the Independent Bankers’ Bank, Springfield, Ill., has joined Midwest Independent Bank, Jefferson City, Mo. Jones will be responsible for servicing MIB’s correspondent banking customers in central and northern Illinois.
Jones is the second former IBB employee to join MIB recently. On Dec. 18, the day regulators closed IBB down, MIB announced Jack Kuebel had joined the company. He is calling on banks throughout Illinois . . .
