Deborah Lange joined Highland Bank, St. Paul, Minn., as the bank’s chief credit officer. Lange’s responsibilities include oversight of the credit underwriting and approval process, directing the loan policy, monitoring asset quality, and working directly with the regulatory agencies. Lange has 20 years of banking experience, most recently as a Twin Cities-based regional credit manager for Associated Bank. She had been a loan review supervisor for Associated’s Minnesota region, and was an internal auditor with Minneapolis-based Riverside Bank when Associated acquired it . . .
