Greenfield-based 1895 Bancorp of Wisconsin added Clarence Harris to its board of directors and to the board of subsidiary PyraMax Bank.

Harris will serve on the company’s audit, compensation and nomination and governance committees. Harris, who retired from Minneapolis-based US Bank in 2019 as senior vice president and division manager international sales, has 27 years of banking experience.

“We are confident that Mr. Harris will make significant contributions to our organization and help us achieve our strategic objectives,” said President and CEO David Ball. “Mr. Harris’s deep experience in retail and treasury management in a global bank with strong regulatory oversight will be invaluable to the company.”
