Green Bay, Wis.-based Associated Bank promoted Gus Hernandez to senior vice president, director of business banking.
Hernandez, who is based in Milwaukee, has 35 years of banking experience. He has worked for Associated Bank since 2019, most recently as commercial banking segment leader for the Milwaukee and Madison markets.
Before joining Associated Bank, Hernandez held leadership positions at Racine, Wis.-based Johnson Bank and BMO Harris in Wisconsin and Florida. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from Milwaukee-based Marquette University.
