Lauren Hess joined Green Bay, Wis.-based Associated Bank as senior vice president and treasury management officer lead, commercial banking.
Hess, who is based in Milwaukee, has more than 15 years of sales and leadership experience. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
“She is responsible for managing mid-market commercial relationships with technical treasury services, building upon Associated Bank’s nonprofit, health care and higher-education division, and sales enablement training within the bank’s team of treasury management professionals,” the bank stated.
