Carroll, Iowa-based Availa Bank hired Aaron Lawson as director of retail banking at its Omaha LPO.
A senior vice president, Lawson has been a branch manager, hub manager and SVP at other financial institutions. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in organizational leadership.
“With the addition of Lawson, he can continue to build on our client’s financial solution delivery foundation,” said Kevin Brooks, executive vice president of community banking at $1.5 billion Availa Bank. “Lawson has years of bank leadership experience in a variety of communities similar to Availa Bank. He understands consumers’ wants, needs and industry trends, but he places his priority on strong client service standards.”
