Iowa-based Availa Bank hired Cody Wragge as vice president loan officer at its downtown Council Bluffs branch.
Wragge has more than eight years of banking experience in Nebraska. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice with a minor in business administration from Wayne State College, Nebraska.
