Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First recently announced several promotions and the addition of a new employee to its Manitowoc County team.
Bank First promoted Kathryn Schmitz to vice president-retail market manager. Schmitz, who joined the bank seven years ago, has nearly 20 years of experience in mortgage lending. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
The bank hired Jody Heus as assistant vice president-retail banker. Heus, who joined Bank First through its merger with Hometown Bank in February, is expanding her role to lead the bank’s sales work in the Kiel and Plymouth markets.
Also, the bank announced that Kelsey Beaver recently rejoined the bank as a retail banking officer in Manitowoc. Alyssa Schwerma was promoted to retail banker.
