Kristeen Pelot joined Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First as senior vice president of operations.
Before joining the $4.1 billion bank, Pelot served as president and chief operating officer at Info-Pro Lender Services until it was acquired in May by Lereta, LLC. She then assumed the role of SVP of operations.
Pelot has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in operations management from Fond du Lac, Wis.-based Marian University.
