Bank First names CRO, SVPs

Sue Loken

Sue Loken has joined Bank First, Manitowoc, Wis., as chief risk officer. Loken has twenty years of experience in the financial industry. Prior Bank First, she was chief financial officer and CRO for Partnership Bank before its acquisition by Bank First. 

Previously, she worked for Wipfli for ten years developing audit plans and conducting various consulting services ranging from capital planning, strategic planning, loan stressing, and mergers and acquisitions. 

She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lakeland University, Plymouth, Wis., and serves as treasurer of the Greater Cedarburg Foundation and of the Cedarburg Education Foundation.

Dennis Tienor also was promoted to senior vice president of business banking. He joined Bank First in 2004 and has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. In his new role, Tienor will be responsible for the continued growth and development of the bank’s central region, which includes Manitowoc, Two Rivers, Valders, Kiel, and Mishicot, Wis.

Tienor has an associate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Manitowoc, a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Tienor serves on the board of directors of Shady Lane and is highly involved in a number of local nonprofits.He is also a member of the City of Manitowoc’s Community Development Authority, Industrial Development Committee, and Brownfields Advisory Committee.

Jeff Zimmerlee was promoted to senior vice president of retail banking and joins the senior management team. He joined Bank First in 2005 

Zimmerlee has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He serves on the board of the Two Rivers Business Association, the Hamilton Wood Type Museum and the Manitowoc County Board of Realtors.
